3. Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds for completed services that have already been delivered and approved. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Service Not Started: If you cancel the service before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Delayed Delivery: If we fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe without valid communication or reason, you may request a partial or full refund.
- Unsatisfactory Work (Before Final Delivery): If you’re not satisfied with the progress and we fail to meet basic agreed-upon expectations after at least one revision, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer free revisions as per your service package. If you are not satisfied with the result, please communicate your feedback clearly and we’ll revise it accordingly, within scope.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly discourage chargebacks without first contacting us. If you’re unhappy, please reach out — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a violation of this policy and may lead to legal action.
