1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Certain products such as intimate items, custom-made items, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
